I'm Shanna, a fully qualified personal trainer and dancer with qualifications in anatomy. I have danced around the world in countries like Florida, Morocco, Finland, New York and so many more
teaching, performing and appearing in music video shoots. I also love to teach fitness workouts.

I'm a qualified Massage & Aesthetics therapist. I've founded Shapes as a wellbeing health journey to give confidence back to others. Through Shapes, as a client you are able to receive Beauty Aesthetics Treatments, Massages, Fitness and Health regimes.
